GoT Activity

I have said it before and I will say it again. This Game of Thrones league is my baby. (I'm also comfortable saying that it is also Jeremy's [House Reed] as well since he has but in as much time if not more into this league than I have.) I love the theme, I love the concepts and for the most part I love the owners. One thing that I have been extremely pleased with is the level of activity in this league. When I say activity I am not talking about strictly trading as some of you are probably going what the hell is he talking about D96 has like 5000 trades. Including the trades in the startup we are well over 200 trades which isn't a bad number BUT we also typically have owners logging in a minimum of one time a week in the off-season, which I think is absurdly awesome. At this current time, 85% of the league has logged on at some point in the last 2 days.

So, I wanted to see if this was normal at this time of year and I looked at the data from my other leagues. I found out that this is not the case the numbers are staggeringly lower at 50%, 50%, 33%, 75%, 62%, 20%, 68% and so on and so forth. But nothing close to our 85% and honestly the 75% is only because Free Agent bidding on undrafted rookies just started and a devy draft is shortly thereafter. Furthermore, across these leagues here are some of the current highest inactivity times 42, 61 and 82 days! Some of these also have multiples that are 30+ but were beaten out by these ridiculously high numbers. With that being said I applaud all of you on your level of activity through trading, the league chat, logging in, GroupMe and hopefully on this blog as well.

I want to add as many aspect to this league as I can to make it unique but most importantly fun! I want people to want to be here and those who aren't here to be jealous that they missed out. I also love activity and want to promote that activity through thing such as this blog, GroupMe, taxi theft, etc. Ultimately, my goal with this is to make the best community of dynasty football members within the fantasy community and keep them in one spot.

Let me know your thoughts on the activity here or your lack of activity elsewhere. OR ways you think we can promote even more activity.
